Cancellation Options

  • Eligibility: Available for most tours and services.
  • Cancellation Period: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Refund: Full refund issued to the original payment method.
  • Eligibility: Applicable if the cancellation occurs within 72 to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellation Fee: 30% of the total booking amount.
  • Refund: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Eligibility: Applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Refund: No refund will be issued, but customers may receive a credit voucher for future bookings (up to 50% of the total booking amount).
  • Eligibility: Applicable to all bookings.
  • Notice Period: Must be requested at least 48 hours before the original scheduled service.
  • Fee: No rescheduling fee for the first change; additional changes incur a 10% fee of the total booking amount.
  • Conditions: Subject to availability and must be used within 6 months from the original booking date.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: If a tour or service is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive:
    • Option 1: A full refund.
    • Option 2: The option to reschedule at no extra cost.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Standard cancellation policies apply unless the weather condition is deemed unsafe by local authorities.

In the event of a refund, the Customer is responsible for covering any bank charges. 10% of the total payment will be withheld to cover this cost.
